Most Expensive Coffee in the World : Kopi luwak Coffee

Kopi luwak is one of the most expensive coffee in the world, its selling for between Rs. 7000 and Rs. 35,000 per pound in 2010. The specialty Vietnamese weasel coffee, which is made by collecting coffee beans eaten by wild civets, is sold at Rs. 35,000 per kilogram.

Here is Process :

Civet cats eat coffee cherries, digest them, then egest them in their feces.

After that luwak farmer gathers up the droppings of civet and make powder to use for coffee
