How to convert Word or Excel File to HTML

Convert Excel  or Word Tables to HTML 

Using this method you can save an entire Excel file in HTML . For example, You have a product details or any data in Excel and now want to Show to your company's web-site, so that your client or visitor can view it online in their web-browsers.

Note : for word file you have to copy paste entire table to Excel file

 Following Steps. To convert your Excel data to HTML

Step.1 : Open excel file and  go to the File tab and click Save As.

If you want to export some portion of data only, e.g. a range of cells, pivot table or graph, select it first.

Step 2 : In the Save As dialog, choose Web Page (.htm; .html).

  If you selected a range of cells, a table or a chart before clicking Save as, then select the Selection radio button, click Save and you are close to finished.

If you have not selected anything continue with Entire book 

Click Save 

Your entire table will be save with file name !
